Through a partnership with the Penn State School of Theatre, the voice screening clinic screens all theatre students enrolled in the Voice for the Actor course. Screening appointments and full voice evaluations available to individuals in the Penn State and State College communities. Group Speech and Language Therapy Programs Early Childhood GroupĮarly intervention services for children aged three or younger and their families. Supervisors: Elise Lindquist, M.S., CCC-SLP and Eileen Kowalski, M.S., CCC-SLP Typically 45-60 minute sessions are scheduled 1-2 days per week. Interventions provided for infants and children up to 17 years of age who have disorders or delays in the areas or articulation/phonology, childhood apraxia of speech, language, fluency, voice, and/or social aspects of language. AAC interventions are also provided in individual or small group settings.įrequency: Varies by need. Speech-language evaluation and therapy is conducted within the clinic on the Penn State University Park campus unless otherwise indicated. Speech and Language services are provided by master's level graduate students, under the supervision of our clinical faculty, all of whom are certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and licensed by the State of Pennsylvania Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
